Items bought in store that wish to be retuned must come back brand new with tags and receipt and within 7 days. In store purchased are able to exchange or credit. No refunds to non faulty items.
All items which are due to be returned from online must arrive to us in Brand New/Unworn condition with the tags attached.
If you wish to return your item you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product, we must receive the item no more than 14 days after you have notified us about the return, failure to do so will result in no refund being issued.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be credited back to the original payment account.
Returns postage for faulty/damaged items will be paid by us (The Seller), however if you choose to return the item for a reason, not stated above, you (The Purchaser) are responsible for return postage payment.
Items which are advertised as faulty /damaged or advertised at a sale price are NOT returnable.
